Repairs and maintenance
Our Property Management team are still organising property works, however at this time we will be prioritising urgent issues. Currently the Government advice is that routine maintenance, repairs, and safety checks should proceed unless the contractor or someone in your household is displaying symptoms, is self-isolating, or falls into an ‘at risk’ category. The latest advice from the Government can be found here.
- In the event of a gas leak please call National Grid on 0800 111 999
- In the event of total loss of power please contact your supplier direct.
- In the event of a water supply interruption please call Thames Water on 0845 9200 800 or Anglian Water on 03457 145 145
Please report repairs in the usual way using our online Report and Repair online service.
Landlord and Tenant payments
Payments are being made to landlords in the usual way, with Landlord Statements available for download from the Landlord Login page.
Rent payments should be made in the usual way, either by standing order or by clicking Pay in the top right hand corner of our site.

Our team are processing deposit refunds as normal, if you have a query in respect of a deposit refund please contact us here.
If you need to access the details of your Tenancy Agreement please contact us and we will forward a copy to you.
Tenant change/change of occupancy
As a result of the Government’s most recent ‘stay at home’ message, we are unable to process any change of occupancies at this time.
We will continue to keep all our landlords and tenants up to date over the following weeks and months.
