Dedicated Property Management Team

Thorough Tenant Screening

We subject all of our applicants to a thorough background checking process. We collect written references, payslips and bank statements, obtain a credit score and check for county court judgments and bankruptcy history, as well as ensuring photo-id and proof of address are collected for every tenant.

All properties are through local press as well as the on the Internet on Rightmove, Zoopla and our own dedicated property search website.

Our Fees are Fair

We collect our fees on a monthly basis. By not taking our whole fee upfront, this means our landlords enjoy a much steadier cash flow over the period of the tenancy.

Long Opening Hours

We work hard for our customers and strive to offer convenient appointment times after work and at weekends. Our offices are open 9am-6.30pm during the week and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays.

Looked at this property a few times but never emailed, after viewing a property today I have an idea of what I am looking for regarding the size and location of a property. The property I viewed today was more than the 1 I'm enquiring about now but this one is priced less and bigger, the call from the agent was a lovely call nice lady, very professional nothing more can be added at this time.
