Dedicated Property Management Team

Our ARLA trained team of property managers are experts in assessing inbound maintenance issues and quickly dispatching carefully screened contractors. They will also take charge of organising gas and electricity safety tests as necessary throughout the year. As well as providing a video inventory at the start and end of each tenancy.

Thorough Tenant Screening

We subject all of our applicants to a thorough background checking process. We collect written references, payslips and bank statements, obtain a credit score and check for county court judgments and bankruptcy history, as well as ensuring photo-id and proof of address are collected for every tenant.

All properties are through local press as well as the on the Internet on Rightmove, Zoopla and our own dedicated property search website.

Our Fees are Fair

We collect our fees on a monthly basis. By not taking our whole fee upfront, this means our landlords enjoy a much steadier cash flow over the period of the tenancy.

Long Opening Hours

We work hard for our customers and strive to offer convenient appointment times after work and at weekends. Our offices are open 9am-6.30pm during the week and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays.
