Working closely with Local Authories Lenwell have assisted in mapping out a process to ensure those seeking housing benefit assistance are able to move smoothly through the system and with the use of centralised systems and funded through a Housing Benefit subsidy, we look to underwrite the cost of dilapidations and rent arrears, enabling the Local Authority to budget for a known cost.
Properties are procured from private landlords on long leases, for which the landlords are paid a guaranteed rent.

- Working with local authorities to assist with the implementation of the forthcoming housing benefit changes

As the representative of the Private Rental Sector on the board of the Luton Housing Partnership, Lenwell are already actively contributing towards formulating a strategy to meet the 'housing' objectives of the Community within the Local Area.
