Non Resident Landlords Tax
Non-resident landlords who are eligible can apply at any time for approval to receive their UK rental income with no tax deducted. This includes applying before they have left the UK or before the letting has started. Please complete and return the relevant form to ourselves prior to the tenant taking occupation. Click on any link to download

Energy Performance Certificates
With effect from the 1st October 2008 all rented property will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). At Lenwell we can arrange an EPC on your behalf, contact your local office for further details. Click on any link to download
