LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - BEDFORD

£12,500 - £14,000 - BASIC SALARY
£18,500 - £20,000 - APPROX OTE

Based within our Award Winning Bedford Office, we are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator.  This position requires plenty of initiative and drive to successfully contribute to the day to day running of the office, as well as ensuring its continued success and profitability.

Principal Duties:
  • Sourcing, qualifying and registering new Tenants
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating new lets
  • Maintaining the applicant database and the Rightmove/Zoopla property portal
  • Performing move-outs, inspections and inventories
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Landlords,Tenants, Contractors and other Lenwell Offices.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of the Lettings Industry, will be educated to minimum GCSE level and proficient in all basic IT packages.  You will also need a full UK Driving License and your own Car.

In addition, you will be an excellent communicator, confident, enthusiastic, fun and friendly; be well presented, professional and organised.
